QHow to choose a suitable hydraulic torque wrench
AFirst, consider the nut specification. By default, the opposite side of the metric bolt and nut matching socket is used. For example, the hexagonal opposite side of the M36 nut is 55, the M42 is 65, and the M48 is 75. If the bolt specification span is too large and the torque span is large, then you need two different types of hydraulic wrenches.
Next, consider bolt torque. The required torque is related to the bolt specification and strength grade, please refer to the design drawing or comparison table.
Finally, consider the location of the working space. If the working space is narrow, you can choose Dawson Hydraulics DTWH hydraulic wrench, or contact Dawson Hydraulics DAWSON for customization. Dawson Hydraulics provides product customization services under various special working conditions.

QHow to choose the right bolt tensioner
AFirst consider the special requirements of the working environment for the tensioner. For example, ordinary hydraulic tensioners are used for standard bolts, DHSR automatic recovery bolt tensioners are used for frequent use, and DHTE multi-stage cylinder bolt tensioners are used for narrow spaces. Then refer to the product selection table to select according to the bolt specifications and required tension. Dawson Hydraulic Bolt Tensioners are reliable in quality and professional in service, and technical personnel can assist you in the selection. QHow to deal with oil leakage of hydraulic torque wrench
AHydraulic wrenches leak oil for a variety of reasons.
1. The quick joint is loose and causes oil leakage. Tightening the rotary joint can eliminate the fault, which is common in high-pressure oil pipe quick joints and wrench quick joints
2. If the rotary oil pipe joint of the hydraulic wrench is cracked due to external reasons or improper use by the operator, the rotary joint needs to be replaced
3. The hydraulic wrench cylinder seal ring and piston seal ring are worn and cause oil leakage. This kind of failure is not common. It may be the normal fatigue wear caused by long-term use of the hydraulic wrench, or the wear caused by impurities in the hydraulic oil. In this case you should replace the cylinder seal ring and piston seal ring.
